Built by Someone Who Has Sat on Both Sides of the Table

Craig Rosen spent more than two decades in talent acquisition, conducting over 10,000 interviews and hiring more than 2,000 employees across industries. He watched qualified candidates fail interviews not because they lacked ability, but because no one had ever given them real feedback.

And he watched organizations invest in coaching programs that couldn’t reach everyone who needed them. InterviewFocus started as a solution to both problems. The goal was a platform sophisticated enough to evaluate what a candidate actually said, not just how they said it, and scalable enough to work for a career center serving hundreds of students or a staffing firm managing thousands of placements.
