What you’ll achieve as a campus ambassador:
Be at the forefront of transforming how students prepare for interviews at your school. As an ambassador, you'll create lasting impact while developing invaluable leadership and marketing skills that employers love.
What you'll do:
Lead the charge in bringing professional interview preparation to your campus community. You'll have the freedom to create innovative campaigns and events that resonate with your fellow students.
- Promote InterviewFocus through social media and word-of-mouth.
Distribute promotional materials (flyers, posters) on campus
Organize workshops, info sessions, and mock interview demos
Partner with career services or student organizations
Engage in social media campaigns and challenges
Gather student feedback and act as a liaison

What is InterviewFocus?
InterviewFocus is an AI-powered interview preparation platform designed to help job seekers enhance their interview skills and boost their confidence. Our platform provides mock interview simulations, AI-driven feedback, and personalized coaching to help candidates refine their responses, improve body language, and optimize their communication skills.
What is the time commitment?
As an InterviewFocus Campus Ambassador, the time commitment is flexible and designed to fit into your academic schedule. On average, ambassadors are expected to dedicate 3-5 hours per
month, which includes:- Promoting InterviewFocus through social media and word-of-mouth.
- Organizing or participating in campus events, workshops, or career fairs.
- Engaging with students and encouraging sign-ups using your referral code.
- Providing feedback to help improve InterviewFocus services.
Ambassadors can increase their involvement based on their availability and interest, with opportunities to earn extra rewards for going above and beyond!
How are commissions paid?
Commissions for InterviewFocus Campus Ambassadors are paid on a monthly basis through direct deposit.
Here’s how it works:
- Unique Referral Code – Each ambassador receives a personal referral code to track sign-ups.
- Commission Structure – You earn a commission for every paid customer who signs up using your referral code. Additional bonuses may be available for reaching specific milestones.
- Payment Processing – At the end of each month, your total earnings are calculated, and payments are processed within 5-7 business days.
Can I renew my ambassadorship?
Yes! Ambassadors can renew their role based on performance and interest. Those who actively promote InterviewFocus, engage in events, and meet program goals will have the opportunity to InterviewFocus continue. High-performing ambassadors may also qualify for leadership roles with additional perks. Renewal requests are simple and reviewed at the end of each term.
How soon will I hear back after applying?
