The platform supports multiple interview formats including behavioral, situational, technical, stress, and case-based interviews, as well as comprehensive interviews that combine all types. Difficulty level is adjustable from internship through senior management. Interviews are currently available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with additional languages in development.
Yes. As soon as a candidate completes their interview, a full performance report is generated automatically. The report covers communication skills, answer content, STAR method structure, speaking pace, filler words, eye contact, tone of voice, emotional intelligence, background professionalism, English proficiency scoring, and an overall score with a heat map view across all questions. Candidates can also share their report directly with a coach, professor, or career advisor for additional review.
