What is the minimum team size for the Business plan?
The Business plan requires a minimum of 5 users and starts at $79 per user per month. Each user receives 1,200 credits per month, which supports up to 12 simulated mock interviews and resume analyses per user. For organizations with more than 150 users, the Enterprise plan includes volume discounts and custom credit allocations.
What does the Enterprise plan include that Business does not?
Enterprise adds a branded platform deployment for your organization, volume discounts for teams of more than 150 users, and fully custom credit allocations. Both plans include a dedicated account manager, priority support, and custom onboarding. Enterprise pricing is customized based on your organization’s size and needs.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits are allocated per user, per month, so it’s worth encouraging consistent platform usage across your team to get the most out of each billing period.
Can InterviewFocus be branded for our organization?
Yes, but white-label branding is available on the Enterprise plan only. Enterprise accounts can deploy the platform with your organization’s own branding and logo.
